JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed by the State against the acquittal of the respondent/accused for the offences under Sections 379 and 447 of Indian Penal Code . Perused the memo dated 12.11.2025 filed by the learned Public Prosecutor and the copy of the death certificate of the respondent/accused to show that he died on 03.08.2025.

Since, this appeal is against the acquittal of the respondent/accused and he is no more, the proceedings stands closed.
