JUDGMENT

In view of certain errors that have crept in the appeal memorandum, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal.

2. Considering the above circumstances, reserving the aforesaid liberty, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry shall return the certified copy of the impugned judgment to the counsel for the appellants after it is replaced with a photocopy.
