J U D G M E N T

The petitioners are before this court being aggrieved by the fact that their properties have been brought to sale for recovery of the amounts due to the 1st respondent without complying with Rule 81 (e) of the Kerala Co- operative Society Rules, 1969 (for short 'the Rules') which requires that sale notice shall be published at least 30 days before the date fixed for sale. It is the case of the petitioner that as per Exts.P1 and P2 the paper publication is dated 28-07-2025 and the sale was proposed on 19-08-2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent society submits that the sale scheduled on 19-08-2025 did not take place and fresh sale will be conducted only after complying with Rule 81 (e) of the Rules.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent society, this writ petition is closed.
