Court emphasized procedural compliance and the right to seek remedies against administrative decisions.

JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

“a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding second respondent to issue copy of the award passed in A.R.C. No.2676/2022 on its files to the petitioners, within a period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court.

b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding third respondent not to proceed with Exhibits P2 notice against the petitioners, before communicating award passed by the second respondent in ARC No.2676/2022 to the petitioners.

c) Pass an order declaring that the properties belong to and in possession of the petitioners are not liable to be proceeded against in Exhibit P2 execution proceedings.

d) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding third respondent to consider Exhibit P3 objection filed by the petitioners within a time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and to keep in abeyance all proceedings under Exhibit P2 till then.

e) Pass an order dispensing with production of English translated copy of exhibits produced along with this writ petition for the admission purpose of the matter and time may be granted for production of translated copies.

f) Issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit to issue and the petitioner may pray from time to time.”

2. The learned counsel for the respondent bank has, today (21.11.2025), handed over a copy of the award to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to seeks remedies against the award, in accordance with the law.
