JUDGMENT

This petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for issuing direction to the Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara to dispose of the suit, O.S.No.352/2022 in a time bound manner.

2. A report dated 06.11.2025 has been received from the trial court wherein the trial court requested 3 months time to dispose of the matter from 24.11.2025. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of the concerned court, it is necessary to issue direction to the court concerned.

Accordingly, the original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara to dispose of the suit, O.S.No.352/2022 within 3 months from 24.11.2025.
