JUDGMENT

This writ petition is submitted by the petitioner, being aggrieved by the failure on the part of the respondents to release the security amount deposited by the petitioner for Ext.P3 work order.

2. Today when the matter came up for consideration, it is submitted by both sides that, after filing of this writ petition the amounts are released to the petitioner. In such circumstances, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, recording the above submission.
