The above contempt case is filed alleging violation of the directions in the judgment dated 26.06.2025 in W.P.(c)

No.12087/2024.

An affidavit is filed by the respondent, in which it is stated that the directions are complied with, as evident by Annexure R1(e). If that is the case, there is no contempt, and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, the petitioner is free to challenge the same in accordance with the law.

With the above observations, this contempt case is closed.
