JUDGMENT
The petitioner filed a claim petition under Section 33 C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before the Labour Court, Ernakulam. That claim petition was adjudicated by Exhibit P1 order, which directed as follows:-
‘’Point No.2: In the result, the petition is allowed in part. The opposite party is directed to pay a sum Rs.1,55,125/- to the petitioner Sri. C. Vasudevan, within 3 months from the date of this order, failing which the petitioner is entitled to recover the amount with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of order, till realization.’’
It is not disputed before me that within a period of three months from the date of Exhibit P1 order, the 1st respondent paid the amount of Rs.1,55,125/- .
2. The petitioner is before this Court, being aggrieved by the fact that a Review Petition [as I.A. No.49 of 2020] filed by the petitioner, seeking review of Exhibit P1 order was dismissed by Exhibit P2 order .
