Both these petitions are filed by the petitioner/1st respondent for issuing direction to the Sub Court, Nedumangad to dispose of the appeals, AS No.15/2019 and AS No.18/2019 in a time bound manner.

2. A report has been received from the concerned court and the concerned court requested 3 months time to dispose of the appeals.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of the concerned court, it is necessary to issue direction to the court concerned.

Accordingly, both original petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Sub Court, Nedumangad to dispose of the appeals, AS No.15/2019 and AS No.18/2019 within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.
