O R D E R
This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.3 in Crime No.1064/2025 of Mannarkkad Police Station, Palakkad. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 20 (b)(ii)A, 22(b) read with Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on
03.10.2025 at 10:30 hours, accused Nos.1 and 2 were found in possession of 3.87 grams of Methamphetamine and 83.02 grams of ganja in room No.706 of Beeyem Paradise Lodge at Aashupathrippadi, Mannarkkad, for own use and for the purpose of sale. The said room was taken in the name of accused No.3.
Thereby they have committed the above mentioned offences.
