Dated this the 26^th day of November, 2025 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this Crl.M.C, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C on the same cause of action after the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court as ordered by this Court on 11.08.2021.

Recording the above submission and by reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C on the same cause of action, provided that the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as withdrawn.
