JUDGMENT
This appeal filed by the complainant is against the acquittal of the 1st respondent/accused for the o Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act , 1881.
2. When there was no representation for the appellant, this Court issued notice to the appellant and in spite of service of notice, the appellant has not turned up and there is also no representation for the appellant.
Since, the appeal is of the year 2007 and the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter, in spite of receipt of notice from the Court, proceedings stands closed.
