Dated this the 25th day of November, 2025 Necessary Orders permitting use of loudspeaker for the period during which the festival is scheduled to be conducted has already been issued. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that no further relief is required. The Writ Petition will accordingly stand closed.
