JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of November, 2025 The Petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 1812 of 2025 of Kayamkulam Police Station, involving offences under Sections 137 (2), 65(2), 127(2), 74, 75 and 76 of the B NS and Sections 8 r/w 7 , 10 r/w 9(m), 4(2) r/w 3(b) and 6 r/w 5(m) of the POCSO Act .

2. The petitoner prayed for conducting a proper and effective investigation in a time bound manner. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, the police have already completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Special Court, Alappuzha, on 21.11.2025.

In the above circumstances, this W.P(Crl.) is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
