JUDGMENT

This writ petition is submitted by the petitioner challenging Ext.P2 tender notification. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that Ext.P2 tender notification has already been withdrawn, and thereafter a fresh tender notification was published, and the work has also been awarded.

In such circumstances, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
