O R D E R
This is an application seeking regular bail, filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
2. The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.591/2025 of Kanakakunnu Police Station, Alappuzha. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 15(4) and 19 of the Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act (KAAPA), 2007.
3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner, the 2nd accused in Crime No.1734/2025 of Kayamkulam Police Station, violated the order passed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ernakulam Range under Section 15(1) of the KAAPA. 4. The petitioner was arrested on 06.10.2025 and he has been in judicial custody since then.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Pubic Prosecutor.
6. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner deserves to be released on bail as the investigation is at the final stage.
