J U D G M E N T

This original petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of C.C.No.380 of 2017 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Thrissur.

2. I have called for a report from the learned Magistrate, who reported that the case could be disposed of within a period of six months.

Hence, this original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Thrissur to dispose of C.C.No.380 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
