The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.A. No.2 of 2024 on 16.10.2025 to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only) has not been complied with. Hence, the delay condonation application is dismissed. Consequently, the revision petition is also dismissed.
