JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“1) To issue a writ of mandamus, or any appropriate writ or direction directing the respondents not to evict or displace the petitioner’s street vending bunk as evident from Exhibit P1 till the finalization of process in terms of S.3 of Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood, Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 as well as Rules and Scheme formulated by the State of Kerala as directed in Exhibit P2 and Exhibit P3 judgment;
2) To issue a writ of mandamus, or any appropriate writ or direction directing the respondent no.3 to consider and take a decision upon Exhibit P4 representation in terms of S.3 of Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood, Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 as well as Rules and Scheme formulated by the State of Kerala as directed in Exhibit P2 and Exhibit P3 judgment;
3) Dispense with the filing of English translation of Exhibits in vernacular;
And
4) Such other Writ, Orders or Directions deem fit on facts and in the interest of justice.”
2. An order was passed by this court on 04.04.2025 declining to grant the interim relief sought by the petitioner and permitting the eviction of the petitioner
