JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

i) to issue a writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writs, directions or orders calling for the records leading to Exhibit P-7 and quash the same.

ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit.P8 objections submitted by the petitioner against the request of the 2nd respondent for change of timings on the route Kaloor –Eramaloor in respect of vehicle KL-43/E 2324 (now as Ponekkara – Thankipally)in the timing conference scheduled to 4/12/25, after affording opportunity of being heard to the petitioner also, in the interest of justice;

(iii) to issue such other writs, orders or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper to issue in the facts and circumstances of the case.

(iv) to dispense with the production of English Translation of documents which are in vernacular language.

2. Taking note of the fact that, in the timing conference scheduled on 04.12.2025, the petitioner herein has also been served with a notice, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the objection preferred by the petitioner herein as Ext.P8 as well, while considering the settlement of timings with respect to the stage carriage owned by the 2nd respondent. The objections of the petitioner shall also be adverted to while taking a decision as directed above.

The Writ petition is disposed of as above.
