J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer of the petitioner in this original petition is to give a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court- I, Palakkad, to dispose of Ext.P1 petition filed by him under Section 497 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023.

2. I have heard Sri.Anish Jose Antony, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Exhibit P1 was filed as early as on 17.02.2025.

Ext.P2 would show that the respondent No.2 therein has already filed a counter statement. Ext.P3 copy of the proceedings paper would show that Ext.P1 stands posted to 07.12.2025 for hearing. Hence, the learned Magistrate is directed to hear Ext.P1 and dispose of the same within one month from 07.12.2025.

The original petition is disposed of as above.
