ORDER

Petitioner seeks leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 05.06.2025 in Crl.A. No.71 of 2021 on the files of the Additional Sessions Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram, acquitting the accused in a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act , 1881.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown to prefer an appeal.

Accordingly, leave to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment is granted.
