J U D G M E N T

During the pendency of the appeal, the parties were referred for mediation before the District Mediation Centre, Thrissur. The mediator has filed a report stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the terms and conditions of the settlement has been reduced into writing. The settlement agreement entered between the parties, is also annexed along with the copy of the report.

Taking note of the settlement before the mediator, this appeal is disposed of in the terms and conditions of the settlement. The mediation agreement R.S.A No.786 of 2022 entered between the parties shall also form part of the judgment and the parties are governed by the terms and conditions of the settlement entered between them, before the mediator.
