O R D E R

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report in this crime had already been filed and the matter is now pending consideration of the court below. The prayer in this petition is for the cancellation of the pre-arrest bail granted in this crime to the accused. Since the matter is now pending consideration of the Jurisdictional Court, pursuant to the final report filed on 27.04.2019, the relief sought for in this petition has lost its significance.

Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
