The prayer in this petition filed by the de facto complainant in Crime No.387/2017 of Nedumbassery Police Station, Ernakulam, is for the cancellation of the bail granted to accused Nos.1 & 2 in the said case.

2. It is pointed out by the learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the accused that the trial in the aforesaid case is now in progress before the Trial Court. In the above circumstances, the prayer for cancellation of bail sought in this petition has lost its significance.

Accordingly, the Crl.M.C. stands closed.
