ORDER

Heard Smt. Bhavana J. Menon, representing Sri.K.P.Sudheer, learned counsel for the review petitioner, and Smt.Latha Susan Cherian, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent-Insurance Company.

2. This review petition has been instituted essentially pointing out that while disposing of M.A.C.A. No.1631 of 2021, this Court omitted to make any mention as regards the eligibility for interest as regards the enhancement ordered by this Court. 3. In the concluding paragraph, this Court has categorically held that all other findings and directions, including the rate of interest other than the modifications ordered through the judgment dated 29.10.2025, are unaltered.

4. In view of this, I am of the opinion that no further orders are required as regards the clarification sought for by the review petitioner.

The review petition would stand disposed of, as above.
