JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-

i. declare that the 3rd respondent is not entitled to any further temporary permit in violation of Section 87 of the Act on the route Varapuzha – Edappally – Byepass - Vyttila-

Panangad-Kumbalam North;

ii. issue a writ of mandamus or such other writs, order or direction directing the first respondent Secretary, RTA, Ernakulam to consider Ext.P9 objection before issuance of any further temporary permit on the route Varapuzha- Edappally- Byepass- Vyttila -

Panangad - Kumbalam North KL 58 B 0012;

iii. to grant such other reliefs as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper.

2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that no temporary permit has been issued to the 3rd respondent, after 16.10.2023. This is recorded.

Accordingly, nothing further remains to be considered in this Writ petition. The same is closed as infructuous.
