This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash Annexure I Final Report and all further proceedings thereto pending against the petitioners as S.C.No.265 of 2020 of the Additional District and Sessions Court-I, Thalassery in Crime No.475 of 2019 of Chokli Police Station, Kannur.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners points out that the petitioners have already been acquitted of all charges pursuant to a settlement that had been arrived at between the parties and that hence the Crl.M.C.is only to be closed.

3. In view of the said submission, this Crl.M.C. is closed.
