JUDGMENT
Dated this the 26th day of November, 2025 This writ petition (civil) has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking the following prayers:
i) Commanding respondent no.4 to form a special team to conduct an investigation into the financial misappropriation of the 7th respondent and the board of directors of Kollam Co operative building society Limited No.Q 157 in the interests of justice.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order directing first respondent to order a vigilance investigation against the seventh respondent and Board of Directors of the sixth respondent.
iii) Pass just and proper reliefs considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made at the time of hearing.
iv) Pass appropriate order or direction commanding the 4th respondent for proper investigation in the matter in the above writ petition (Criminal).
