Ongoing investigations address petitioner's grievances under Article 226, allowing court to dismiss further intervention.

JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26^th day of November, 2025 This writ petition (civil) has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking the following prayers:

i) Commanding respondent no.4 to form a special team to conduct an investigation into the financial misappropriation of the 7^th respondent and the board of directors of Kollam Co operative building society Limited No.Q 157 in the interests of justice.

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order directing first respondent to order a vigilance investigation against the seventh respondent and Board of Directors of the sixth respondent.

iii) Pass just and proper reliefs considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made at the time of hearing.

iv) Pass appropriate order or direction commanding the 4^th respondent for proper investigation in the matter in the above writ petition (Criminal).

2. Heard both sides, in detail. Perused the relevant records.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that, in this matter, crime No.1750/2025 has been registered by the Kollam West Police Station alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC by the accused and the investigation in the said crime is continuing.

4. By registering FIR and starting investigation, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed. Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the Investigating Officer to effectuate meaningful investigation in crime No.1750/2025 and file Final Report, at the earliest.
