The appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Land Acquisition Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The court fee paid on the memorandum of the appeal shall be refunded. The Registry shall return the certified copies forthwith.
