JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of November, 2025 This WP(Crl) was filed by the petitioners 1 to 5 alleging that on the basis of Exts.P1 & P2 complaints given by them, no crime was registered by respondents 5 and 6.

2. When the matter came up for arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners himself conceded that, subsequent to the filing of the WP(Crl), the Poochakkal police registered Crime No.592/2025 and also that the investigation in the said crime is going on.

In the above circumstances, this WP(Crl) practically became infructuous and accordingly this WP(Crl) is disposed of as infructuous.
