O R D E R Dated this the 26th day of November 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.948/2020 of the Tirur Police Station, Malappuram.

2. The petitioner has field this Crl.M.C on the assertion that the dispute that led to the registration of the crime has been amicably settled between him and the

2nd respondent.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that, the investigation in the case is complete and the final report was laid before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tirur and the case has been numbered as C.C.No.251/2021. Moreover, the 2nd respondent is no more.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C is closed, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C on the same cause of action, after producing the final report and also impleading the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent. The Registry is directed to return Annexure A3 original affidavit to learned counsel for the petitioner, in accordance with law. SD/-
