O R D E R Dated this the 26^th day of November 2025 The Crl.M.C. is filed to quash Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.109/2021 registered by Thampanoor Police Station, Thiruvananathapuram.

2 The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the Investigating Officer has already laid the final report before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-III, Thiruvananthapuram and the case has been numbered as C.C. No.401/2021.

In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C is dismissed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to either challenge the final report or file an application for discharge before the jurisdictional court, provided the charge has not been framed till date.
