Dated this the 26th day of November, 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed assailing the order dated 28.07.2021 in C.M.P.No.184/2021 in C.C.No.418/2015 passed by the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, South Paravur, Kollam, dismissing an application to send specimens for expert opinion.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the 2nd respondent has already been discharged by the above court.
In light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as infructuous.
