The court recorded the petitioner's submission and stated that the withdrawal does not prejudice their right to challenge the final report. The court thus dismissed the application as withdrawn.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Crl.M.C. may be dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the final report.

Recording the above submission, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C. to challenge the final report, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
