JUDGMENT Devan Ramachandran, J.
Sri.A.T.Anilkumar – learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this Original Petition with liberty for his client to invoke other remedies.
2. The afore request is not opposed by Sri.Bhanu Tilak – learned counsel for the 1st respondent and Sri.T.Gopalakrishnan Nair – learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
In the aforementioned circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn, with every other liberty as available to the parties in law being reserved.
