Dated this the 26th day of November, 2025 The writ petition is preferred by the Trained Graduate Teacher of the 3rd respondent School, which is a respondent CBSE Board. It is the case of the petitioner that she has been working as a teacher for over 17 years. However, there has been non-payment of salary to the petitioner. Accordingly, she has submitted Ext.P3 representation before the
2nd respondent CBSE.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, it was submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the only limited prayer before this Court is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation. It appears that the representation was submitted by the petitioner way back in 2019, and the writ petition has been pending before this Court since then.
3. In the aforesaid circumstances, I am of the considered view that this limited prayer can be allowed, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation dated 20.07.2019, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within a period of three months.
