JUDGMENT
When this contempt case came up for consideration, the Government Pleader submitted that fee notice is issued to the petitioner in Form-7 application. If that is the case, this contempt case need not be retained here. Once the fee is paid by the petitioner, the respondent will do the needful in accordance with law forthwith. If there is any further violation, the petitioner is free to reopen the contempt case.
With the above observation, this contempt case is closed.
