JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's application for renewal of building permit in tune with Ext.P4, and thereby to renew the Ext.P1 building permit and Ext.P3 extension, in the interest of Justice.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's application for issuing completion certificate relating to Ext.P5, and issue completion certificate, in the interest of Justice.
(iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to take up consider the Ext.P8 representation submitted by the petitioner within a time in the interest of Justice.
(iv) Dispense with filing of English Translation of Vernacular documents.
(v) Grant such other reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper to consider the objections of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”
