JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“(a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other appropriate writ or order directing the respondent no: 2 to consider and pass orders in Exhibit P10 Appeal in accordance with law.

(b) To call for records leading to Exhibit P9 to the extent that the names of the petitioners are excluded from the voter list dated 14/11/2025 of the Ward No: 24, Booth No: 1 of Aluva Municipality.

(c) To dispense with the filing of the translation of vernacular documents produced as Exhibits in the writ petition.

(d) Issue any other writ, declaration, order or direction appropriate in the circumstances of this case.”

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State Election Commission submitted that the 2^nd respondent already passed an order on 22.11.2025. A copy of the order is handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. In the light of the same, no further direction is necessary in this case. Hence, the writ petition can be closed.

Therefore, this Writ Petition(C) is closed.
