Annexure A16 order taking cognizance of an offence punishable under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ('the Act' for short) is under challenge in this revision petition. The impugned order is appealable under Section 14A of the Act. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the appellate court.
