JUDGMENT
This original petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of C.C.No.1987/2014 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Karunagappally.
2. I had called for a report from the learned Magistrate who reported that the case could be disposed of within six months.
Hence, this original petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of C.C.No.1987/2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
