This original petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of C.C.No.2132 of 2017 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ettumanoor.
2. I have called for a report from the learned Magistrate, who reported that the case could be disposed of within a period of eight months.
Hence, this original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Ettumanoor to dispose of C.C.No.2132 of 2017 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
