J U D G M E N T

The prayer in this writ petition is to give a direction to the respondent No.2 to register an FIR based on Ext.P1 complaint and to conduct a fair and impartial investigation.

2. Sri.E.C.Bineesh, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that based on Ext.P1 complaint an FIR has already been registered and the investigation is going on.

The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
