J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the wife of the convict, who is undergoing imprisonment at Central Prison and Correctional Home, Viyyur. The petitioner filed Ext.P2 application for premature release of the convict. The limited prayer in this writ petition is to give a direction to the respondents to consider Ext.P2 application and pass appropriate orders.

Having heard Sri.Subash Chandran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.E.C.Bineesh, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to consider Ext.P2 application and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
