Headnote:In a matrimonial appeal regarding the decree from the Family Court, a settlement was reached during mediation under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The parties mutually agreed to resolve their disputes, which led to the acceptance of the memorandum of agreement with lawful terms. Consequently, the appeals were disposed of in accordance with the settlement. The parties were instructed to comply with the settlement terms.
