loan as on 24.11.2025 is Rs.8,35,901/- (Rupees Eight lakhs thirty five thousand nine hundred and one only), while the outstanding amount in the cash credit facility is Rs.17,96,526/- (Rupees Seventeen lakhs ninety six thousand five hundred and twenty six only) as on 24.11.2025. Therefore, the total outstanding amount as on 24.11.2025 is Rs.26,32,427/- (Rupees Twenty six lakhs thirty two thousand four hundred and twenty seven only). It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank that if the petitioner remits a substantial amount by 15.12.2025, the petitioner can be permitted to pay off the balance amount in some installments.

4. Having regard to the circumstances of the case and the submissions made as recorded above, I am of the view that the petitioner can be granted an opportunity to repay the outstanding amount in installments on condition that Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) shall be paid on or before 15.12.2025 and the balance amount along with accrued interest, costs and charges shall be paid in 18 equal monthly instalments, the first of which shall be paid on or before 15.0
