Dated this the 08^th day of December, 2025 The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure-A1 First Information Report in Crime No.1289/2025 registered by the Kottarakkara Police Station alleging the commission of the offence punishable under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already laid the Final Report before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Kottarakkara on 20.11.2025. In light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed, but without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the Final Report or to file an application for discharge before the Trial Court, in accordance with law.
