O R D E R

The learned Public Prosecutor appeared for respondents 1 and 2. Respondents 3 and 4 are the Sheristadars of the First Additional Sessions Court, Thrissur and Fast Track Special Court, Kunnamkulam. But no specific grievance is made against the said respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that they are not necessary parties and hence notice can be dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.

673/2025 of Kunnamkulam Police Station who moved Crl. M.P. Nos. 7490/2025 and 7491/2025 seeking modification and relaxation of the conditions in the order granting bail. It is submitted that as per the order in Crl. M.P No. 3654/2025 dated 19.07.2025 there is a condition that the petitioner shall not enter the limits of Kunnamkulam Police Station and that the petitioner wants to cast his vote in the Kerala Local Body Elections scheduled for 11.12.2025 and hence the petitions are filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the election is scheduled on 11.12.2025 he is pressing only for expeditious disposal of Crl.M.P No.

7491/2025.

4. In that circumstance, the Fast Track Special Court, Kunnamkulam, where the matter is pending is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P No. 7491/2025 on or before 10.12.2025.

Crl. M.C is disposed of as above.
