JUDGMENT This original petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuing direction to the Commercial Court, Irinjalakuda, to dispose of Ext.P2 application filed by the 1st respondent in a time-

bound manner.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has filed a suit for recovery of money, and based on the respondent’s application, the Commercial Court attached the petitioner’s loan account, whereby the petitioner is unable to pay staff salaries or run the business. Though the petitioner filed an objection, it was not considered, and the matter has been posted to 12.12.2025. Therefore, the petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of I.A No.1/2025.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is necessary to issue directions to the court concerned.

4.Accordingly, the original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commercial Court, Irinjalakuda, to hear and dispose of Ext.P2 application within a period of four weeks from today.

In the meantime, the order of attachment of the petitioner’s loan account is hereby stayed, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall furnish an alternative security in the form of immovable
